How will an MBA benefit me?

How is the master of business administration different from the master’s in organizational leadership?

Both the MBA and the MAOL programs build upon existing leadership skills, but the curriculum prepares you for different outcomes.

Business administration

Learn the theories and practices that businesses are grounded in; then use these learnings to direct strategic change within an organization. Your coursework will be focused on data-centric topics like economics, finance, and marketing.

Organizational leadership

Learn to manage the human side of organizations through skills like change management, persuasion, and conflict resolution.
