We’ve spent a quarter of a century educating adults

After a temporary closure for the community’s health and safety during the COVID-19 outbreak, select classes are now open on our Elgin campus, as well as 100% online.

Judson’s roots begin with the Northern Theological Seminary in 1913, and we’ve spent the last 25 years focused on serving the needs of adult students ready to grow personally and professionally.

Convenient classroom learning, right off of I-90

Whether your prefer to learn online, in the classroom, or a little of both, Judson’s resources are never far away.

Judson’s history of educating adults

Since the creation of the Division of Adult and Continuing Education in 1994, Judson has continuously found new and innovative ways to help adult students complete their degree. Now known as the Division of Professional Studies, Judson continues to provide career-specific education with the same level of personal support.

Going to college as an adult

Going back to college later in life isn’t as uncommon as you might think.

More than 1 million college students nationwide are 30 or older.

“I had always dreamed and talked about going back to college to get my bachelor’s. Not only was I able to model for my children that you can achieve anything with hard work and determination, but I also accomplished one of my biggest dreams.
