Organizational leadership

Manage the human side of an organization. Study topics like change management and conflict resolution and learn how to develop rapport within an organization through interpersonal relationships.

How long will it take to get my bachelor's degree?

You only have to attend class one night a week. Expect to spend about 15 hours a week on coursework outside of class. Most students finish the core organizational leadership work within 2 years, but completing your degree may take longer, depending on prior college experience you have.
